Our core focus species is the Marble Goby — known across Singapore's premium restaurant trade as Soon Hock (笋壳鱼) — a high-value fish prized for its texture, flavour profile, and commanding market price in Chinese seafood restaurants, luxury hotel kitchens, and live fish trade channels.
We operate across both wild-catch procurement networks in East Java and managed aquaculture production, giving us dual-channel supply capability to serve buyers who require volume consistency alongside product that meets premium live fish standards.
